How to Register Your Organization as Tax-Exempt

If your organization qualifies for tax-exempt status, you can register your CloudPunch account as such by submitting a copy of your determination letter or certificate. Any taxes collected after the date on your certificate will be credited back to your account.

Register your organization as tax-exempt:

1. Scan or create an image file of your determination letter or certificate in PDF, PNG, or JPG format.
2. Name the file: CloudPunch_taxexempt_<insert your company ID>.
3. Attach the file to an email and send it to SignUp.MyCloudPunch.com.
   • If you currently have a ticket open regarding your tax-exempt status, reply directly to the ticket and attach the file to that email.
4. Set the subject line to CloudPunch - Account Tax-Exempt Status Registration.
5. Put your company name and company ID in the body of the email.
6. Wait for a response from our Finance Department. Please allow up to three business days.
