Why can’t I add more than one type of policy to a person? Follow
At CloudPunch, you can assign policies to your administrators, supervisors, and employees. However, each person can only have one of each type of policy at a time. This means that if you want to add more options to a person's profile, you will need to update their current policy accordingly.
For instance, if you want your employee to be able to punch on both the web portal and the time clock, you can go to the Policies section in the web portal, select the Punch Management Policy assigned to the employee, and set both Allow Web Punch and Allow Time Clock Punch to YES. Similarly, if you want to add multiple accrual types like Sick Pay and Vacation for a supervisor, you can go to the Policies section in the web portal, select the Accrual policy assigned to the supervisor, and use the +Add New Accrual Rule button to add an additional rule to their current policy. Keep in mind that any updates you make to the policy will apply to all users assigned to it.
