Why are my employee’s punches not showing on the account? Follow
If you're not seeing your employee's punches on the web portal or their time cards, it's likely that the time clock they're using is currently offline. To resolve this, you'll need to reconnect the time clock to your network. Once it's reconnected, the punches should transfer to the account within five minutes.
