Why can’t I view my timecard? Follow
If you are unable to view your time card in the CloudPunch Web Portal, it may be because your account privileges do not include the necessary permissions. To view your time card, you need to have the Time Cards feature set to View Only or Add/Update in your Role.

If you are able to log in but still unable to view your time card, you'll need to contact your account administrator to update your Time Cards permissions for your Role. Once your admin updates the Role, you will be able to view your time cards in the web portal.
