Administrator Role Follow
The account administrator role has global access to every aspect of the account. This includes all elements of the Cloud and Time Clocks. Admins have complete access to the People, Places, Time Clocks, Policies, Time Cards, Reports, Account Settings, and Roles sections of the Cloud portal. Admins also have access to the User Management menu and Clock Management menu of the time clocks. Each setting is set to Add/Update All. These permissions cannot be restricted for any administrator.
Note:
- It is the sole responsibility of the account administrator to manage all aspect of the account. The Workwell team will not make changes to your account, such as archiving people/devices and modifying the price plan or any other settings.
