Date Time Currency Policy Follow
The Date Time Currency Policy in CloudPunch empowers users to customize their experience by setting preferences for date format, currency type, time format, and minute format. Below, we outline the available options to help you decide which options fit best for your team.
Date Format:
- mm/dd/yyyy: Month/Day/Year (ex. 05/21/2017)
- dd/mm/yyyy: Day/Month/Year (ex. 21/05/2017)
- mm-dd-yyyy: Month-Day-Year (ex. 05-21-2017)
- dd-mm-yyyy: Day-Month-Year (ex. 21-05-2017)
- m/d/yy: Short Month/Short Day/Short Year (ex. 5/21/17)
- d/m/yy: Short Day/Short Month/Short Year (ex. 21/5/17)
- DDDD, MMMM d, yyyy: Full Weekday, Full Month Name Day, Year (ex. Sunday, May 21, 2017)
Currency Type:
- U.S. Dollar: $ (ex. $128.75)
- Euro: € (ex. €128.75)
- British Pound: £ (ex. £128.75)
- Japanese Yen: ¥ (ex. ¥128.75)
- Peso: $ (ex. $128.75)
Time Format:
- 12 Hour: Uses AM/PM notation (ex. 2:45 PM)
- 24 Hour: Uses the 24-hour clock (ex. 14:45)
Minute Format:
- Standard: Time is displayed in hours and minutes (00-59, ex. Five hours and 9 minutes is shown as 5:09)
- Tenths: Time is displayed in decimal format rounded to the tenth place (.0-.9, ex. Five hours and 9 minutes is shown as 5.2)
- Hundredths: Time is displayed in decimal format rounded to the hundredth place(.00-.99, ex. Five hours and 9 minutes is shown as 5.15)
Edit or update your pay period policy:
- Log into your Citadel web portal.
- Click on Policies in the side menu.
- Go to the Date Time Currency section.
- Click on your Date Time Currency Policy.
- Click on the Policy Name to update the name.
- Use the dropdown menus to select your preferred options for Date Format, Currency Type, Time Format, and Minute Format.
- Click Save to update your preferences.
