Company Name and Website

You can easily manage your Company Name and Company Website from the Settings section of the online web portal.

To complete the steps in this article, you must be an administrator or have the necessary view and/or edit permissions enabled. If you believe you should be able to complete the steps and are not able to, reach out to your account administrator to discuss updating the settings for your Role.

Update your company name:

1. Log into the CloudPunch web portal.
2. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select Settings.
4. Click the Company Name field to edit or update it.
5. Enter the desired name for your company.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply your changes.

Update your company website:

1. Log into the CloudPunch web portal.
2. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select Settings.
4. Click the Company Website field to edit or update your it.
5. Enter the custom suffix you would like to appear before ".mycloudpunch.com" to create your company's web address or URL.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply your changes.
