Where can I locate my admin passcode (PIN) for the time clock? Follow
To access the User Management Menu and/or the Network Management Menu on the time clock as a supervisor or employee, the Role will need the corresponding time clock permissions set to Add/Update.
Any user with a role that has the necessary Time Clocks permissions can access the time clock menus using their PIN, fingerprint, or badge. If you've forgotten or don't know the admin PIN for the time clock, you can locate your authentication PIN in your profile in the Citadel web portal. If you do not have access to this information, reach out to a supervisor or account administrator.
View your authentication PIN:
- Log into the CloudPunch web portal.
- Click on People in the side menu.
- Select your user profile.
- Under your name, click on the Authentication tab.
- Locate your PIN. You will use this PIN to access the time clock admin menus.
- If you do not have a PIN or badge set up, you will need to add an authentication method.
View your Admin and Super Admin Passcode:
- Log into the CloudPunch web portal.
- Click on Time Clocks in the side menu.
- Select the time clock.
- The Admin Passcode and Super Admin Passcode will be listed.
A note on the Admin Passcode:
The Admin Passcode created by the account administrator during the clock's onboarding process should be a secure five-digit PIN and not shared. To change the Admin Passcode for the time clock, reach out to our support team for assistance, as this cannot be done from the cloud account or device and requires a factory reset.
