Syncing Your Data Follow
To access the User Management Menu and/or the Network Management Menu on the time clock as a supervisor or employee, the Role will need the corresponding time clock permissions set to Add/Update.
The time clock should automatically sync with the account. If the time clock data has not properly updated, first check the network settings, then perform a Sync on the time clock to manually sync the information.
Synchronize the account data with the device:
- Authenticate at the time clock:
- Tap the screen and enter your personal PIN or the time clock admin passcode.
- Scan your Badge.
- Scan your fingerprint.
- If using your personal authentication method, tap Dashboard.
- Tap User Management.
- Tap Sync Users at the top of the screen.
- Click Continue to update the time clock.
- If the sync is unsuccessful, check your network connection then try again.
- Once complete you will see a Sync Successful message. Tap Continue.
