Adding Profile Images using the Time Clock Embedded Camera

To access the User Management Menu and/or the Network Management Menu on the time clock as a supervisor or employee, the Role will need the corresponding time clock permissions set to Add/Update. 

You can easily use the embedded camera on the time clock to take profile photos for users on your account. These profile photos will show on the time clock and in the account, personalizing your administrators, supervisors, and employees' experience.

Add a user profile image to the account with the time clock:

1. Authenticate at the time clock:
   • Tap the screen and enter your personal PIN or the time clock admin passcode.
   • Scan your Badge.
   • Scan your fingerprint.
2. If using your personal authentication method, tap Dashboard. 
3. Tap User Management.
4. Select the user's profile icon. 
5. Tap the camera icon. 
6. Select a Timer. 
7. Tap the Shutter button on the right side of the screen to capture the image.
8. Hold and drag the circle to reposition the image.
9. Click the checkmark to save the image.
