Time Clock Software

You can update your time clock’s software a from the Time Clock Management menu on the time clock.

To access the User Management Menu and/or the Network Management Menu on the time clock as a supervisor or employee, the Role will need the corresponding time clock permissions set to Add/Update. 

View and update the software version of the time clock:

1. Authenticate at the time clock:
   • Tap the screen and enter your personal PIN or the time clock admin passcode.
   • Scan your Badge.
   • Scan your fingerprint.
2. If using your personal authentication method, tap Dashboard. 
3. Tap Time Clock Management.
4. Tap Update Software. 
5. Tap the option to Update Software.
6. A confirmation screen will appear once the software has successfully updated.

After updating the software, the time clock will display the current device ID on the time clock as well as the current software version.

If the software version is up to date, you will see "Your software is up to date." along with the current software version.
