Time Clock Database Upload Follow
To access the User Management Menu and/or the Network Management Menu on the time clock as a supervisor or employee, the Role will need the corresponding time clock permissions set to Add/Update.
When troubleshooting a time clock, you may be asked to upload your time clock database. This article will walk you through those steps. Please note that uploading a database will not automatically generate a ticket. If you are having any issues with your time clock, you can try to troubleshoot it using the articles in this Help Center or reach out to a member of our Customer Support team chat, email, text, or phone.
Upload the time clock database:
- Authenticate at the time clock:
- Tap the screen and enter your personal PIN or the time clock admin passcode.
- Scan your Badge.
- Scan your fingerprint.
- If using your personal authentication method, tap Dashboard.
- Tap Time Clock Management.
- Tap Upload Database.
- Once the upload is complete, tap Finish.
- Tap the Power icon to close the menu.
