Selecting an Environment on the Time Clock

IMPORTANT NOTE: This process should only be completed with the assistance of a CloudPunch Customer Service Technician. Please reach out to us via chat, email, text, or phone. Completing this process without a support technician could result in lost punches and/or the device being unusable.

Select an environment on the time clock:

1. In QC Tools tap Production.
2. Choose CloudPunch as the Product Type.
3. Select US for the Region.
4. Tap Yes to confirm you want to change to a CloudPunch US Production account. 
5. Tap the back icon.
