Requesting a new Device ID on the Timeclock Follow
IMPORTANT NOTE: This process should only be completed with the assistance of a CloudPunch Customer Service Technician. Please reach out to us via chat, email, text, or phone. Completing this process without a support technician could result in lost punches and/or the device being unusable.
Request a new device ID:
- In the QC Menu, tap Request Device ID.
- Tap Select A Model Number.
- Select your time clock's model from the list.
- Tap Request Device ID.
- If successful, you will see a success message with your new device ID.
- Make a note of the new ID and tap OK.
- Tap the power icon to close the menu.
