Emailing Time Cards Follow
To complete the steps in this article, you must be an administrator or have the necessary view and/or edit permissions enabled. If you believe you should be able to complete the steps and are not able to, reach out to your account administrator to discuss updating the settings for your Role.
Efficiently manage your employee time cards by using the email feature in your Web Portal's Time Card section. With this feature, easily send individual time cards or multiple time cards at once.
Email an individual time card:
- Log into the CloudPunch web portal.
- Click on Time Cards in the side menu.
- Select the name of the user.
- Use the < and > icons to move to the correct pay period.
- Click the Email button and enter the recipient's email address.
- Click Send to email the timecard to the intended recipient.
Email time cards by Department:
- Log into your CloudPunch web portal.
- Click on Time Cards in the side menu.
- Choose the desired pay period.
- Click the Email button to launch the email wizard.
- Select Department.
- Select the Pay Period if different from the one shown.
- If you have a department selected, you will not be able to adjust the pay period.
- Choose All Departments or select individual departments and click Next.
- Choose who to send the time cards to, then click Next.
- Add any missing email addresses and click Next.
- Review your choices and click Send when finished.
- Before exiting the wizard, you will be prompted to decide whether you would like to save the group for future time card emails. Select Yes to name and save the group or select No to return to the time cards page.
Email time cards by Individual:
- Log into your CloudPunch web portal.
- Click on Time Cards in the side menu.
- Choose the desired pay period.
- Click the Email button to launch the email wizard.
- Select Individual to send the time cards of one or more individuals.
- Select the Pay Period if different from the one shown.
- If you have people selected, you will not be able to adjust the pay period.
- Choose who to send the time cards to, then click Next.
- Add any missing email addresses and click Next.
- Review your choices and click Send when finished.
- Before exiting the wizard, you will be prompted to decide whether you would like to save the group for future time card emails. Select Yes to name and save the group or select No to return to the time cards page.
